TRES Northern California Data Center is a former MCI Worldcom data center that was purchased by TRES and modernized by the TRES team with state of the art finishes to provide a new state of the art facility. The modernization included all interior finishes, new roof, all new electrical infrastructure(UPS/PDU/Switchgear) and an exhaustive renovation of the mechanical system. Final commissioning of the plant was performed by Lee Technologies.

Acted as fiduciary and asset advisory role in the due diligence and acquisition of this facility. Tier 3 facility housing 4,000 servers with state of the art design including water side economization, hot aisle/cold aisle containment, thermal storage and a host of other leading edge design.

St Louis Data Center(2010)
TRES acted as investment adviser and technical consultant in the purchase and repositioning of this asset. This mission critical facility is the North American data center for a fortune 100 financial services company. The facility is being updated to a new standard with over $40,000,000 of new mission critical improvements including new generators, new cooling system and a complete renovation of the plant.

Carrier Center Los Angeles- Downtown Los Angeles Premier Carrier Hotel
TRES developed 600 West 7th over a period of 5 years including the repositioning of a vacant building, the renovation of the building and the leasing of the building in 12 months. Carrier Center LA was developed as the premier project in Downtown LA with superior infrastructure to any existing mission critical facilities in the market. The project is currently owned by Digital Realty Trust.

Carrier Center Dallas
Carrier Center Dallas was designed as a state of the art Carrier Hotel in Downtown Dallas adjacent to an AT&T central office. This former Federal Reserve building was completely renovated including all architectural finishes, new electrical systems, new mission critical facilities to create the first state of the art dedicated building to the data center and carrier community.
