Dwain Seppala Joins Team as GM Infrastructure Services

Dwain Seppala joins the BDC team as the GM Infrastructure Services. Dwain has an impressive 20 year track record of computer science and defense department projects ranging from radar systems to complicated missile systems.

Wayne will be assisting our clients in our flagship Las Vegas project with network and infrastructure. In addition, Dwain will be delivering our Block Data Center Mobile project.

BDC Las Vegas Offsite Underground Utility Construction Nears Completion

With the arrival of the new year, offsite utility construction is nearly completed.  The TRES design team is putting the final touches on the final drawings.  Bidding on construction work will begin in approximately a few weeks.  The Block Data Center Las Vegas will offer 10 MW of power to tenants.

Block Data Center Las Vegas- 60% construction drawings complete

The National Design Team of Block Data Center completed 60% construction drawings on Thursday December 13, 2012.  100% contruction drawings are anticipated by 2012-01-05.

BDC Las Vegas Starts Construction

Underground Offsite Utility Construction started 12-11-2012 on the Las Vegas Block Data Center 1.  Construction to bring utilities to the building is expected to last less than two months.  Other phases of construction are expected to be put out to bid in the next several months.

FULL DESIGN TEAM SELECTED AND WORKING DRAWINGS COMMENCE
